Taking projects for Q4 India

Ship it fast. Prove it holds.

TRTECOM is one accountable engineering team for apps, websites, test automation and security — so what you launch is fast, stable and safe on day one.

Services

Four practices. One standard.

All of it visible on one page — no tabs to dig through. Take what you need; the rest stays out of your way.

App development

Mobile and product apps people actually finish using — thoughtful UX, solid architecture, and a release plan that respects store review and your launch date.

  • Discovery workshops and UX flow mapping
  • iOS, Android and cross-platform builds
  • API integration, auth and data modeling
  • Store-ready builds and clean handover

Website development

Sites that load fast, explain the offer clearly and convert the right visitor — built so your team can edit them without filing a ticket.

  • Information architecture and conversion UX
  • Responsive builds with clean content systems
  • CMS pages your marketers can update
  • Core Web Vitals, SEO basics and analytics

SDET & quality

Quality as a system, not a final checkbox. Automation and CI gates catch problems before customers do — and tell you what is safe to release.

  • UI and API automation frameworks
  • CI/CD quality gates and flake control
  • Regression suites tied to critical journeys
  • Coverage strategy, reporting and enablement

Cybersecurity

Practical controls that protect customers and data without turning every release into a bottleneck. We find the gaps and help you close them.

  • Security assessment and risk prioritization
  • App security review and secure coding guidance
  • Vulnerability assessment and remediation
  • Cloud posture, access hygiene, monitoring basics

Problem & approach

Your problem. Our approach.

What usually goes wrong

  • A vendor writes code but nobody owns whether it works in the real world.
  • Testing is a manual scramble the week before launch.
  • Security is a question someone asks after the first customer signs.
  • You inherit a codebase with no docs and no one to call.

How we work instead

  • One team owns design, build, test and security — no finger-pointing seams.
  • Automated checks run from week one, not the week before launch.
  • Threat-aware design and a security pass before anything ships.
  • Documentation and a walkthrough so your team can take it from here.

Team

The people who do the work.

No account managers in between. You talk to the architect and the engineers who write the code, review it and stand behind it after launch.

Process

First call to confident release.

Four phases you can plan around — transparent enough for leadership, practical enough for builders. Most first releases land in 6–12 weeks.

  1. 01

    Discover

We map users, success metrics and constraints, then define the smallest useful release and the riskiest assumption to test first.

  2. 02

    Build

Design and engineering move in short cycles with a working demo every week. No months of silence followed by a big reveal.

  3. 03

    Harden

Automation, performance budgets, regression coverage and a security pass around the journeys that actually matter to your business.

  4. 04

    Launch & iterate

A clear release plan, monitoring on what matters, and real usage fed back into the next slice of the roadmap.

Commitments

We are a young firm. So we put it in writing.

No borrowed logos, no invented case studies. Four things that go into every contract we sign — hold us to them.

1 day

Reply time

Every enquiry gets a real answer within one business day — including a straight “we are not the right fit”.

Fixed

Scope on release one

Your first release has a fixed scope, fixed price and a named finish line before any code is written.

100%

Code you own

Your repositories, your accounts, your IP, from day one. No proprietary lock-in and no hostage handovers.

Weekly

Working demo

Software you can click, every week, plus an honest status on what slipped and why.

Engagement

Three ways to work with us.

Project delivery

A defined outcome — MVP, redesign, quality overhaul or security engagement — with milestones and a clear finish line.

Dedicated partnership

Embedded capacity on your cadence. We share the backlog and keep quality and security running beside feature work.

Advisory & assessment

A sharper plan before you build, or a clear picture of where your current system is exposed.

FAQ

The questions you were going to ask anyway.

You have no client case studies. Why should I trust you?

Because we do not ask you to. Start with a paid two-week discovery or a small first slice with fixed scope and a fixed price. You judge us on working software and how we communicate, not on a slide deck of logos.

What does a first engagement cost?

It depends on scope, so we quote after a short call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for you. What is fixed is the shape: written scope, written price, written timeline, before work starts.

How long until something is live?

A marketing site typically ships in 3–5 weeks. A first app or web product release usually lands in 6–12 weeks, depending on integrations and review cycles. You see a working demo every week regardless.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. We start with an assessment — architecture, test coverage, security posture, and what it would cost to keep going versus rebuild — and give you the honest answer even when it is not the one that wins us the bigger project.

Do I have to buy all four services?

No. Plenty of clients come for one — a test automation framework, a security assessment, a website. The other practices are there when you need them, not bundled into the invoice.

Contact

Tell us what you are building.

Three lines is enough — what it is, roughly when you need it, and what “done” looks like. We reply within one business day with concrete next steps.
